John Neville
Executive Director
John is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Wisconsin.  He practiced law for 17 years, specializing in juvenile law, before coming to BBBS in October of 2000.
Fran Biaglow
Executive Assistant
Fran relocated from the metro Detroit area to Northwest Ohio, after moving around the country 6 times.  Fran has a background in both the corporate and fundraising world.  She brings a wealth of knowledge in her corporate experience and joined BBBS in April 2016.
Kitty Kill
Allen County School Based Program Coordinator
Kitty has a BS in Criminal Justice from Tiffin University.  She directs our school based programs in Allen County.  Kitty has been with the agency since August of 2003.
Melissa Schroeder
Putnam County Program Coordinator
Melissa has a BS in Psychology and Zoology from Olivet Nazarene University.  She  is the coordinator of our programs in Putnam County and has been with the agency since September of 2011.  She is also founder of Lodestar, a nonprofit that trains guide dogs for blind children.
Kay Black
Match Support Specialist
Kay completed her dregree in Psychology at Ohio State University.  Kay is responsible for community based match support in Allen and Putnam County.  Kay has been with BBBS since August of 2012.
Andrea Richardson
Hardin County Program Coordinator
Andrea is the coordinator of our programs in Hardin County, working in both community and school based programs.
Gwenda Bevis
Allen County Intake and Enrollment Specialist
Gwenda holds a BS from the University of Findlay in Education as an Intervention Specialist.  She comes to BBBS with a broad knowledge of working with children from K-12, having 16 years' experience in the Lima City Schools.  Gwenda interviews parents, children and mentors for potential matches. 
Bonnie Cooper
Self Sufficiency Coordinator
Bonnie has a BS in Business Administration from Tiffin University; she worked at Ford Motor Company for 32 years before coming to BBBS.  Bonnie helps adults and families with the tools needed to find and sustain work; overcoming obstacles to achieve self-sufficiency.
Susan Manchester
Community Outreach Director

Susan worked for the U.S. House of Representatives for over four years, and recently moved back to the area. She has a BA in Psychology and Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Masters in Political Management from The George Washington University.  Susan is the primary point of contact and organizer of recruiting mentors for BBBS.
